I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Missed/Changed Appointments

Your appointment time has been reserved for you. Any missed appointments or changes made within two hours of scheduled appointment time will incur a $25 non-refundable fee. Emergency or illness is excepted. Thank you for understanding.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

Illness

Massage is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. If you are experiencing any fatigue, cold/flu symptoms, skin rashes, etc. on the day of your appointment, please reschedule (without penalty). Your health and safety, as well as that of others, is my top priority, Thank you.
